Responsibilities

Taking full responsibility for the quality management work of the company, developing and improving the quality management process and standards
Lead the quality team, conduct training, guidance and performance evaluation for team members
Organize and implement quality inspection and monitoring work to ensure that product quality meets relevant standards and customer requirements
Analyze quality data, formulate improvement measures and supervise the implementation to continuously improve product quality and production efficiency
Participate in the evaluation and management of suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components
Handle customer complaints and quality feedback, and cooperate with relevant departments to solve quality problems
Promote the construction of the company’s quality culture and improve the quality awareness of all employees

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above
More than 4 years of experience in quality management, and at least 1 year of experience in the quality supervisor position
Be familiar with the application of quality management systems (such as ISO series) and quality tools
Have strong organizational coordination ability, problem-solving ability and communication
English ability is a must
