Responsibilities
A Senior Manufacturing and Maintenance Engineer supports day-to-day operation from technical point of view and trains Maintenance workforce on a professional manner. Responsible to create and maintain proper documentation for all of the Manufacturing and Maintenance related processes. Strong technical support in new business projects and lead internal cost saving and manufacturing efficiency improvement projects.
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Create and maintain standard documentation (WI, FMEA, CP, Flowchart) for
bag production, assembly and injection molding
Monitor and support daily operation from technical point of view
Establish and maintain a proper preventive and predictive maintenance
process
Create a proper spare part list
Strong professional support for IM technicians and Maintenance staff
Lead and train the Manufacturing and Maintenance Technician
Recommend and lead continuous improvement and cost saving projects
(changeover decrease, IM tooling maintenance quality level increase,
manufacturing process improvements, etc) in Operation
Take the ownersip as Ttechnical lead for allof new business projects
Develop and maintain solid partnershipMake and keep contact with external
partners regarding technical activities and improvements
Initiate and address problems and key issues in timely and diplomatic
manner. Follow-up to ensure resolution is achieved.
Requirements
University or college degree from Mechanic and/or Injection molding
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry
Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding
Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated team-player with good
interpersonal and leadership skills.
PC proficient using an ERP and MS Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective problem analysis and problem resolution skills required.
