Main tasks and responsibilities:

Performing production planning/scheduling in order to ensure the finished product availability on time according to the order request and maximize packaging efficiency
Cooperate with Purchasing, Packaging and Warehousing to provide the best performance of the department.
Keep continuous contact with global planning center in Dublin
Report to the department manager on any issues or potential issues that may impact the timelines and/or customer delivery schedule.
Creating and maintaining production planning related master data in SAP.
Participate in projects involving Logistics and Supply Chain.
Efficient planning of the packing activity in order to meet the various demands.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Experience in production planning/scheduling/procurement is an advantage
Pharmaceutical/FMCG manufacturing experience is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Excellent command of English.
Knowledge of local language (Hungarian).
Strong computer literacy (beside MS Office applications, solid knowledge of the SAP MM, PP modules, Microsoft Office Suite).
Occasional travels are possible
