Main tasks and responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Coordinate recruitment and selection related processes, follow up manpower demands and plans according to production needs.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Manage HR controlling related tasks follow up related budgets and costs.
Benchmarking, participate in budget and headcount planning.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Coordinate monthly payroll close, maintain and continuous improvement of compensations and benefits.
Coordinate internal and external communication regarding HR.
Keep in touch with the corporate organization, external partners and authorities.
Know and understand the HQ basic HR strategy and implement it in Hungary align with labour law
Handle disciplinary issues.
Continuous improvement of HR processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human recourses or economy
Excellent Hungarian and fluent English skills are a must
Deep knowledge of the actual legal regulations and rules
At least 10 years experience at labour relations, staffing and recruitment
Organization and legal code knowledge: HRIS administration, legal matters, and RBA/ESG compliance
Good communication and project management skill
