We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize the final assembly of our products.

We expect you to have deep know-how in FA production procedures. Ability to drive direct personnel towards maximum performance and ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process which meets with the customer requirement. You need to be prepared for multi-language operations.

Transfer the daily production plan which is issue by planners to the production
Improve the production capability, production control
Harmonize the priorities in the plan based on the customer’s requirement and shipment info
Making sure that products are produced on time
Evaluate the production data according to quality and quantity
Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
Managing process and material flows, space management, and working with the Engineering group to maximize utilization of space designated for specific operations area
Helps develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality Systems
Works with EHS to identify significant environmental impacts of plant operations and to establish goals and targets around significant environmental impacts
Solve the problem in the Production area, and highlight it to the related departments
Weekly data reporting for key performance indicators
Keep contact with the other departments
Reviewing the performance of subordinates

College or university degree
English intermediate level written and verbal
Min. 3 years production management experience in multinational company

Ukrainian or Russian basic level written and verbal
